All prices shown on this web site are FOB Fremont CA. We ship UPS or if you prefer FedEx or Airborne.
There is a handling charge on top of shipping of $4.00 on all orders.

LEAD TIME
Please allow a minimum of 5-6 weeks for the production of your chair covers. Allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping depending on your location.
SAMPLES
Samples Allows you to make sure the covers will fit perfectly. You can order samples from us. Samples for Chair cover are $19.99 each and for Sashes $9.99 each (Plus tax if you do not have a resale license #)

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Custom/Special orders require a 50% deposit. Custom/Special orders are non-returnable.
Returns carry a 15% restocking fee. Prices are subject to change without notice.

WARRANTY:
All product is produced to standard and commercial tolerances.
Gio Manufacturing Inc. warranties product to be free from defects in workmanship and material.
When Gio Manufacturing Inc. has determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced at
Gio Manufacturing Inc.'s discretion, a credit may be offered instead of replacement.
Gio Manufacturing Inc.'s liability is limited to the cost of the defective product.
No other warranty is expressed or implied.

The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is made. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Gio Manufacturing Inc.'s only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. Gio Manufacturing Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use or inability to use the product.
TECHNICAL ADVICE:
Any technical advice furnished or recommended by Gio Manufacturing Inc. or any representative of Gio
Manufacturing Inc. concerning any use or application of any product is believed to be reliable but the
company makes no warranty of results obtained The customer shall test and verify for suitability for intended use.
SALES TAX
Non-exempt CA residents and businesses will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
If you are exempt we must have a signed copy of your resale card. |
